Bearing housings

Manufactured in accordance with Japanese NSK and European RHP standards, the insert bearings can be easily installed on or removed from the shaft in the machine.

Housings can accommodate high load capacity spherical roller and ball bearings. They are usually cast from high quality cast iron, but they can also be cast from steel or nodular cast iron (ductile iron). The housings are designed for re-greasing of the bearings and can be used with either grease or oil.

• The collapsible design allows easy mounting / dismounting on the shaft mounted in the machine.

• Various Seal Options - NSK offers a wide range of seals including V, labyrinth and taconite seals.

• Housings can be completed with covers.

• Several lubrication points are provided to ensure good lubrication of the bearing depending on its position.

• The housings are supplied with spacers that allow axial alignment of the bearing. They can be omitted if the housing is to be used as a floating support.
